This class is for anyone who might like to show their dog in obedience competition. The main emphasis will be on heeling, including footwork and timing both on and off leash, but we also will work on other teamwork skills that are needed for you to get the most out of yourself and your partner in the obedience show ring. Heeling is the skill that tends to take a back seat as you go up the obedience ladder into Open and Utility, so even the most advanced teams can benefit from this class to keep their heeling skills sharp and polished.
